"Pick a fruit, let me be your apple..."
So much has been going on... I've been so wrapped up in my personal life that I haven't even fathomed blogging.
I fell in love.
Never been in love before, but I've met the most incredible person on the planet. Words cannot express the kind of emotions that I feel. I literally weep thinking of them because I'm so sad that my heart isn't big enough to hold all that I feel.
The most amazing part about this?! They love me too...
They're my anti-depressant, my Xanax... I actually look forward to the morning each day. They are my sunlight. My entire existence is now because of them. My heart beats their name.
I haven't been motivated or inspired to do any music in a long while... about 13 months, and suddenly this week I got my ass into the studio and wrote a song for them. I've never written a song for anyone before, but they inspire me so much. My muse. ((No, you'll never hear it, it's for their ears only.))
'I love you' suddenly means so much more to me. I have never been a gushy/mushy person... I've always rolled my eyes at those people, but now I understand.
I'm never going to let them go. Ever. Life has new colors and music has new sounds.
Blaaah, I'm gonna make myself throw up with how sweet I'm being. I'm sorry... I can't help it.
I think I've rattled on enough for today, see you soon... maybe, if I can tear myself away.
